Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

In case of COD orders, refusal to accept delivery may result in future order restrictions.

Orders are shipped through third-party logistics partners. Delivery timelines provided are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
